Building Management

A course designed to provide students the knowledge and skills to perform the upkeep of commercial/public buildings and grounds, students experience hands-on training in cleaning operations, building repairs, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, air conditioning, building trades, and landscaping/grounds maintenance. Custodial services such as floor maintenance, rest room care, and carpet cleaning are emphasized in the course of study.
